Dr. Jeanne Mayer

Dr. Jeanne Mayer is a singer/composer, entertainer/actress/comedienne, early childhood music instructor/university professor, author, and keynote speaker

  • As a 12-time award-winning singer/composer, Dr. Mayer is a voting member of The Recording Academy and has garnered two prestigious International John Lennon Songwriting Awards for her songs “Everybody Laugh” and “Tillie the Tugboat.” She was also honored with The NAMMY Award (The Nashville “Grammy” award) for “Best Children’s Album of the Year,” and nine ASCAP Awards (American Society of Composers, Authors and Poets).
  • As an entertainer/actress/comedienne, Dr. Jeanne is a SAG•AFTRA(Screen Actor’s Guild -American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) actress, singer and dancer/choreographer. In addition to being an on-camera, veteran principle performer in Hollywood, she has also written, directed numerous live stage productions. She is currently in pre-production for the original child’s television and radio show, Jeanne Mayer’s MusiClub.
  • As an early childhood music instructor and university professor, she holds a Ph.D. in Music Education and Educational Television. She also holds a California Teaching Credential and has instructed and consulted for copious private and California State Universities, such as Pepperdine University, Cal State Fullerton, Cal Poly Pomona, and Cal State Los Angeles.
  • As an author, Dr. Jeanne garnered the Parent’s Guide to Media Award for the children’s coloring songbook, Jeanne Mayer’s MusiClub. She has also contributed articles for several publications. She is currently finalizing a ground-breaking book teaching moms how to teach their young children music.
  • As a keynote speaker, Dr. Mayer brings years of experience in helping parents and their young children rise to their potential through the beauty and fun of music. She is an accomplished presenter and speaker, acclaimed for creating experiences that engage, educate and entertain for events with such topic as “How Music Increases I.Q. in Young Children,” “How Little Learners Learn Better with Music,” and “The Power of Music Boosts Self-esteem, Confidence and Discipline.”
